Women of Post & Schell

The Women of Post & Schell are dedicated to promoting an environment of professional and personal fulfillment for the firm’s women attorneys. Today over 30 percent of our lawyers are women and that percentage continues to grow.


We support the recruitment, retention, development, and advancement of women lawyers. The firm management supports initiatives that directly affect our members.  We host events highlighting clients and other guest speakers who discuss relevant topics including advancement, business development, work/life balance, diversity, and marketing.  

Through our experiences and ideas, we strive to support Post & Schell in the continuation of its rich tradition of inclusion, its efforts in working towards gender diversity in the legal profession, and to reinforce its status as a leader in the legal community.
