Sara Miller is an Associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department. She focuses her practice on defending self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Associate at a law firm in Camp Hill, PA, where she managed cases from initial petition through final adjudication. Before entering private practice, Ms. Miller served as an Assistant District Attorney in Adams County, where she litigated a wide range of criminal matters and acted as the lead prosecutor for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault cases. She also clerked for the Honorable Shawn C. Wagner in the Adams County Court of Common Pleas, and her earlier experience includes internships with multiple district attorney’s offices as well as a clerkship with a firm in Harrisburg, PA.
She has completed specialized trainings in trial advocacy, sexual assault prosecution, victim‑behavior testimony, and forensic evidence, and is a former member of the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Special Victims Prosecutors Unit.
Ms. Miller earned her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and her B.A. in Sociology, with a concentration in Criminology and a minor in Government & Political Affairs, from Millersville University.
