Theresa Mongiovi Provides Federal Employment Law Update on Net@Work Webinar on July 23

There have been a number of changes in the legal landscape for employers over the past year.  Employers may have been focused on the immediate need of complying with FMLA and FFCRA in 2020, and not changes in Wage & Hour enforcement, I-9 data gathering, and OSHA. As companies gear back up, CDC workplace guidance, vaccination, and return to work policies need to be created and deployed.

Ms. Mongiovi provided an update on the current status of federal employment law and what employers need to know about changes and updates under the Biden administration.
