Bio
Paul L. Jamain is a Principal in the firm's Workers' Compensation Department and defends employers, insurance providers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) in workers' compensation claims in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Jamain is experienced in defending workers' compensation claims at all stages, working with clients to understand the nuances of each claim, and pursuing resolution via litigation or settlement. Prior to joining Post & Schell, he served in the workers' compensation defense department of a regional defense firm.
