Post & Schell Expands Pittsburgh Presence with Addition of 11-Attorney Group

Philadelphia, PA – March 11, 2021 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of five new Principals, one new Counsel, and three new Associates to the firm’s Pittsburgh, PA office, one new Principal to the firm’s Allentown, PA and Pittsburgh, PA offices, and one new Principal to the firm’s Philadelphia, PA office. The eleven-attorney group, along with six staff members, significantly expands the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department,  and the firm’s presence in Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. The group joins the firm from the law firm of Litchfield Cavo LLP.

His practice has a particular emphasis on the area of toxic tort defense with a focus on asbestos litigation and benzene and diacetyl cases. He also represents physician groups and medical professionals and defends them in professional liability claims and reviews regulatory agreements for compliance. He has extensive experience drafting complex contracts including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, leases, and subleases for commercial real estate and office space, and multifaceted contracts for vendor services.
