Josh M. Brick is a Principal in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and counsels and defends clients in general liability claims, including premises liability, toxic tort, products liability, commercial transportation liability, and automotive injury claims. Additionally, he represents property owners, including power stations, in actions to recover for facility and equipment damage. Josh also serves as national counsel for numerous defendants in toxic tort.
Josh has defended employment discrimination claims at the administrative, state and federal court levels.
In 2021, 2022, and 2023, Josh was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer "Rising Star" in the categories of General Litigation and Class Action/Mass Torts. After graduating from law school, Josh served as a volunteer law clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Judge Nora Barry Fischer of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He also served as a summer student clerk to the Honorable Judge Joseph Goodwin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
