Medical Malpractice Team at Post & Schell Achieves Back-to-Back Defense Wins

Congratulations to Principals Amalia Romanowicz, Bryan Tomlinson, Heather Tereshko, and Associate Leah Kramer for securing back-to-back defense verdicts over the last month.

On August 15, 2025, lead defense attorney Amalia Romanowicz supported by Bryan Tomlinson, successfully secured a defense verdict in a medical malpractice case in the Court of Common Pleas, Chester County, PA. The plaintiff was under the obstetrical care of the defendants when she experienced a fall in the office following a one-hour glucose test. She was treated for a skull fracture, traumatic brain injury and a herniated disc following the fall and alleged that these injuries were caused by the fall. 

On August 29, 2025, lead defense attorney Amalia Romanowicz, supported by Heather Tereshko and Leah Kramer, successfully secured a defense verdict in a wrongful death/survival action for a vascular surgeon and hospital involving allegations of a delay in performing surgical repair of a dissecting thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm.
