Leah P. Kramer is an Associate in the firm’s Professional Liability Department. She advises and represents health care providers facing allegations of medical malpractice and professional liability. Her clients include hospitals, physicians, pharmacies, nurses, and other medical professionals.

Before joining Post & Schell, Ms. Kramer was an Associate at Margolis Edelstein, where she assisted in representing clients in complex civil litigation matters, from pre-litigation to trial. She is a former Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert O. Baldi of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas where she prepared judicial responses and rulings on civil pre-trial motions, including motions for summary judgment, preliminary objections, petitions to intervene, and petitions to consolidate. 

Ms. Kramer earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School. She also graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Minor in Jewish Studies from Bucknell University.
