Kosta Patsiopoulos is an Associate in the Firm's Casualty Litigation Department and defends individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers/third-party administrators in general liablity litigation. His clients include bars and restaurants, manufacturers, commercial transporation and trucking companies, retailers, and entertainment venues, among others.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Patsiopoulos was an associate with a regional defense firm representing schools in special education law issues. He also served as a staff attorney for A Woman's Place, a domestic violence community benefit organization in Bucks County that provides a full-range of programs and services to individuals experiencing domestic violence.
Mr. Patsiopoulos also served as a Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Timika Lane, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Lori K. Serratelli, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. During his time as a Judicial Law Clerk, he was appointed to serve on the Dauphin County Board of Arbitration.
