Bio
Kosta Patsiopoulos is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and defends individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers/third-party administrators in general liability litigation. His clients include bars and restaurants, homeowners, property management companies, manufacturers, commercial transportation and trucking companies, retailers, and entertainment venues, among others.
The Best Lawyers in America® recognized Mr. Patsiopoulos in its 2021 through 2026 editions in the "Ones to Watch" category in the area of Product Liability Litigation - Defendants. In 2023 and 2024, he was recognized as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" in the category of Personal Injury - Products: Defense.

Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Patsiopoulos was an associate with a regional defense firm representing schools in special education law issues. He also served as a staff attorney for A Woman's Place, a domestic violence community benefit organization in Bucks County that provides a full range of programs and services to individuals experiencing domestic violence.
Mr. Patsiopoulos also served as a Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Timika Lane, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Lori K. Serratelli, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. During his time as a Judicial Law Clerk, he was appointed to serve on the Dauphin County Board of Arbitration.
