OSHA: It's Not Just a Small Town in Wisconsin

Many employers are caught by surprise when OSHA unexpectedly shows up at their door. This presentation will provide an overview of the most important standards that employers must know to avoid an OSHA citation. The presentation will also provide practical guidance and tips for responding to an OSHA inspection and navigating the enforcement process.

From Ouch to Office: Reimagining Return-to-Work Programs

Attendees will learn how to structure and implement light duty programs that align with core workers' compensation principles, including return-to-work strategies, accommodating restrictions, and good faith job offers to reduce temporary total disability. This session will also address the intersection of employment laws such as the ADA and FMLA, helping employers navigate overlapping obligations while reducing exposure to claims and penalties.
