Post & Schell Announces Daniel R. Pope as New Chief Financial Officer
Philadelphia, PA – February 23, 2026 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Daniel R. Pope has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Dan will oversee the firm’s financial operations and strategy, supporting Post & Schell’s continued growth and commitment to operational excellence.
Dan brings more than 15 years of law firm financial leadership experience to Post & Schell. He joins the firm from a national law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, where he most recently served as Director of Pricing and Practice Economics.
As Chief Financial Officer, Dan will be responsible for Post & Schell’s financial operations, including budgeting, billing, accounts receivable and payable, cash management, financial systems, and banking relationships. He will work collaboratively with firm leadership to align financial strategy with the firm’s long‑term business objectives.

Dan is known for building high‑performing, cross‑functional teams and has extensive experience optimizing the revenue cycle, strengthening pricing and profitability practices, and implementing financial reporting and analytics tools that support transparency and accountability.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson University.
