Bio
Daniel R. Pope serves as Chief Financial Officer of Post & Schell, where he oversees the firm’s financial operations and strategy in support of long term growth and operational excellence. With more than 15 years of experience in law firm finance, Dan leads budgeting, forecasting, billing, and financial performance initiatives, partnering closely with firm leadership to drive informed decision making. He brings deep expertise in pricing and financial analytics allowing him to maximize administrative efficiencies, while offering creative financial solutions and increased client service across the firm.
Before joining the firm, Dan served as Director of Pricing and Practice Economics at an AmLaw 100 law firm headquartered in Philadelphia. He has led cross functional groups across finance, operations, and analytics, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson University.
