Amalia V. Romanowicz Named Co-Chair of Post & Schell's Professional Liability Department

Philadelphia, PA – October 28, 2020 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Principal Amalia V. Romanowicz has been appointed as Co-Chair of the firm’s Professional Liability Department. Ms. Romanowicz, who is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, will serve as Co-Chair of the Department with Principal Donald N. Camhi.

Ms. Romanowicz defends health care providers, including physicians, nurses, hospitals, long term care and assisted living facilities, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacies and pharmacists at trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Her clients are oftentimes involved in cases with catastrophic losses and significant injuries that present substantial exposure. Her clients come from most major medical sub-specialties, including emergency medicine, surgery, pathology, radiology, oncology, orthopedics, labor and delivery, and gynecology, among others.

Prior to her career as an attorney, Ms. Romanowicz was a practicing pharmacist for nearly a decade, working for a hospital, and a national retail pharmacy chain. She also managed a major retail pharmacy location with oversight of pharmacy and retail operations.
