Paralegal - Harrisburg Office

We have an immediate opening for a Paralegal in the Firm's Harrisburg Office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including, litigation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our attorneys and clients.

Duties:

Assist attorneys with legal research and case management, utilizing tools such as LexisNexis

Draft legal documents

Manage case files using document management systems such as iManage

Perform document review

Support attorneys in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating logistics

Qualifications:

Proven paralegal experience in a law firm setting is required; familiarity with multiple areas of law is preferred

Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents

Excellent research skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents

Excellent research skills with proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis 

Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing case files and documentation

Proficient in using document management systems;experience with iManage a plus

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information 

Bachelor’s degree plus paralegal certificate

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Minimum 2+ years of experience.
