Sydney Rimmer is an Associate in the firm’s Construction and Regulatory and Administrative Agency Law Practice Groups. Ms. Rimmer is a commercial litigation attorney specializing in construction law. She represents owners, contractors, and subcontractors in both public and private construction projects, handling matters such as construction contracts, payment claims, defect and delay claims, indemnification issues, and mechanics' liens. Additionally, she advises clients on Pennsylvania-specific administrative laws, state agency practices and procedures, licensing and permitting, and represents them before state agencies, boards, and commissions.

Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Rimmer was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Matthew P. Smith of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. She is a graduate of Elon University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude with B.A. in Political Science and Communications from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Rimmer was inducted into the Order of Barristers.
