Bio
Rebecca Davey is an Associate in the firm’s Professional Liability Department. She counsels and defends healthcare providers in matters of alleged medical malpractice and professional liability. Ms. Davey’s clients include hospitals, physicians, pharmacies, and nurses, among others.
Before joining Post & Schell, Ms. Davey was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Stephen A. Corr of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted opinions, decisions and orders.
Ms. Davey is a graduate of Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, and she received her BS from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
