Bio
Madison G. Long is an Associate in the firm's Professional Liability Department. She advises health care systems, hospitals, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacies, and other health care providers in complex professional liability cases involving allegations of catastrophic injuries with significant liability and damage exposure.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Long interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, and the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel, Department of State. Her work included drafting motions and appellate briefs, conducting legal research, and handling criminal dispositions in county court. She also served as a research assistant to both the Dean and the former Dean of Widener Law, contributing to scholarly publications and legal panels.
Ms. Long earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and holds a B.A. in Health Studies from Temple University.
