Bio
Gianna McDevitt is an Associate in the firm's Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Litigation Practice Group. She counsels and defends medical professionals, hospitals, and health systems in matters involving alleged medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, and significant financial exposure.
Before joining Post & Schell, Ms. McDevitt was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Nina Wright-Padilla, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, serving as a clerk with both the President Judge, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and the Supervising Judge, Commerce Division. She also served as a Judicial Intern with the Honorable Maria McLaughlin, Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
A 2022 graduate of Rutgers Law School, Camden, Ms. McDevitt also holds her B.A. in English Literature from Temple University.
