Christopher D. Gee

Christopher D. Gee is a Principal in the firm's Casualty Litigation Practice Group and defends clients in commercial and civil litigation, including general liability, premises, construction, and motor vehicle liability matters. His clients include self-insured businesses of varying sizes, as well as insurance carriers and third-party administrators. 

In 2025, Mr. Gee was named by his peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" in the category of Personal Injury General Defense. In its 2024 through 2027 editions, The Best Lawyers in America®, a highly respected peer-reviewed publication, named Mr. Gee to its "Ones to Watch" category for Product Liability Litigation - Defendants and Litigation - Construction. Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Gee was an Associate in the New York City office of a regional litigation defense firm. He is the co-author of a chapter in the outline of the New York State Bar Association’s program entitled Fire Law 2015: Claims and Defenses After Fires and Explosions.

While attending law school, Mr. Gee spent a summer in London as an intern for the Crown Prosecution Service and was a member of The Justinian Honor Society.
