Robert J. Balch Named to Lehigh Valley Business' 2023 Power List in Law
Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Robert J. Balch, Principal, Chair of the firm's Liquor Liability Practice Group, and Vice-Chair of the firm's Casualty Litigation Department, was named by Lehigh Valley Business magazine to its 2023 Power List in Law. The annual list honors attorneys who, through their leadership roles, help fashion policies, settle disputes, and ensure fairness in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley.
Mr. Balch litigates matters that involve complex issues and catastrophic injuries and damages. His representative clients include universities, sports, and entertainment facilities, large retailers, insurance companies, product manufacturers and distributors, multi-national corporations, and commercial landowners.
As Vice-Chair of the firm's Casualty Litigation Department, he helps oversee the legal services provided to the firm’s clients as well as the administration and management of the Department and its lawyers, paralegals, and staff members in the firm's Allentown, Lancaster, Mt. Laurel, NJ, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh offices.
A 2006 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Mr. Balch also holds his B.S. in Labor Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
