Motor vehicle cases range in complexity from uncontested liability rear end accident cases through multi-million dollar Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist matters with complex insurance coverage issues. Our Motor Vehicle group is staffed to provide effective, efficient and sophisticated representation on all cases. Our client base includes a broad base of personal and commercial carriers as well as self insured clients.

Our trial counsel possess a breadth and depth of experience that allows us to staff and handle each case effectively. We regularly litigate all types of motor vehicle matters, from UM/UIM arbitrations through Common Pleas Court arbitration and, of course, high exposure jury trials. We provide thorough, thoughtful and cost conscious file handling on each matter we handle. We appreciate the value of moving appropriate cases to mediation and arbitration for efficient resolution.

Our attorneys speak regularly to groups including the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute on topics as varied as limited tort, expert issues, handling of catastrophic loss case and the ever evolving case law of UM/UIM cases. To serve our client base, we publish a yearly update on Motor Vehicle law and offer seminars which include speakers as varied as accident reconstructionists, radiologists and neuro-radiologists. Post and Schell's Motor Vehicle attorneys team with our Insurance Law and Appellate departments to influence the development of the law.
