Attorney - Health Care Practice Group 3-5 years of experience

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in health care law with corporate and regulatory background
- Working knowledge of most of the following health care laws and concepts: Anti-Kickback Statute; Stark Law; HIPAA/HITECH; EMTALA; HCQIA/peer review; Medicare and Medicaid regulations; state licensing laws for health care facilities and health care professionals; corporate practice of medicine
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills; ability to describe complex issues in simple and clear language
- Some litigation experience a plus
- Must value and demonstrate responsiveness and exceptional client service
