Rich McMonigle Presents "Current Issues Dealing With Insurance Bad Faith Litigation in Pennsylvania" to Judges of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas

Insurance Law Principal Richard L. McMonigle, Jr. was invited by the Judges of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to give a luncheon presentation on October 24 at Philadelphia City Hall as part of the “Civil Conversations” series. 

Civil Conversations is a monthly opportunity for members of the bench to get together over lunch to discuss recent changes in civil law as well as address challenging issues that arise during the course of litigation. On the fourth Thursday of the month, colleagues and/or outside guests lead discussions about areas of law, judicial practices, or recent decisions of significance to judges assigned to hear civil cases.

Mr. McMonigle, who is the author of the ALM published book book "Insurance Bad Faith in Pennsylvania" presented on the topic of  "Current Issues Dealing With Insurance Bad Faith Litigation in Pennsylvania."
