Lindsay Berkstresser Presents on Energy Project Siting on HalfMoon Education CLE Webinar on March 19


On March 19, 2021, Lindsay A. Berkstresser presented, "Energy Project Siting and Development," as part of the CLE webinar "Issues in Pennsylvania Energy and Electric Utility Regulation," from HalfMoon Education.

Ms. Berkstresser examined the current state of the transmission grid and discussed transmission planning. She also provided tips for navigating the siting process and securing regulatory approval before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC), as well as an update on related legal issues.
