Lindsay Berkstresser Named to the Central Penn Business Journal's "Women to Watch" for the 2021 Women of Influence Awards

Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Central Penn Business Journal has named Energy & Utilities Associate Lindsay A. Berkstresser to its "Women to Watch" list as part of the publication's 2021 Women of Influence Awards.

The Women of Influence Awards honor high-achieving women for their career accomplishments. The honorees are selected based on their professional experience, community involvement, leadership, and sustained commitment to mentoring. “Women to Watch” honors women leaders, 35 or younger, who demonstrate outstanding professional accomplishments, community involvement, and commitment to positive change.

Ms. Berkstresser represents energy companies in regulatory matters arising under federal and state laws before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PAPUC), and appellate courts. She counsels natural gas, electric and water utilities, and oil pipeline companies on ratemaking, energy project siting and development, tariff and contract provisions, administrative litigation, and transactional matters. She also advises clients on regulatory compliance issues and newly enacted and pending legislation.

An active member of her community, Ms. Berkstresser is the incoming Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's (PBA) Public Utility Law Section, a member of the PBA's Environmental and Energy Law Section and Shale Energy Law Committee, and recently served on the United Cerebral Palsy of Central Pennsylvania's Board of Directors and the Junior Board for the YWCA Greater Harrisburg.
