Tyler Crowley is an Associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department. He focuses his practice on defending self‑insured employers, insurance carriers, and third‑party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Before joining the firm, Tyler served as an Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County, where he managed a high‑volume docket of more than 200 active matters and litigated misdemeanor and felony cases through both bench and jury trials. He also brings valuable judicial insight from his tenure as a Judicial Law Clerk for three judges on the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
In addition to his Pennsylvania practice experience, Tyler worked extensively in New York during law school, supporting environmental, administrative, and municipal regulatory matters. He served as a Legal Clinician with the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, a nationally recognized legal clinic at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and held legal roles at the New York City Mayor’s Office, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and the New York Department of State. Through these positions, he gained experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks and supporting policy initiatives related to climate, land use, and environmental compliance.
Tyler earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he also completed an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law, and received his B.A. in Political Science and English from Albright College.
