Peter J. Kramer is an Associate in the firm's Environmental Practice Group and counsels clients on the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions. This includes environmental due diligence, allocation of risks and liabilities, and related regulatory counseling. He also defends clients in related litigation and/or administrative appeals.
Mr. Kramer is a graduate of Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law and served as a legal intern in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection, as well as regional defense law firms.
