Bio
Paul A. Kush is an Associate in the firm's Workers' Compensation Department. He defends employers, insurance providers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) in workers' compensation claims in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Kush is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Kush was an attorney with a regional plaintiff's firm where he managed the firm's workers' compensation department and caseload. Mr. Kush also served as an Associate with a regional insurance defense firm.
Mr. Kush served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Bianco of the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas. He is a 2015 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law and holds his B.A. in Political Science from Duquesne University.
