Bio
Owen E. Hanna is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and counsels and defends clients in matters involving premises, products, and general liability. His clients include insurers, self-insured companies, and third-party administrators (TPA). His clients include companies in the hospitality, retail, commercial transportation, construction, and banking industries, among others.
Additionally, Mr. Hanna's practice includes the representation of insurers in first-party benefits litigation. Mr. Hanna has a detailed understanding of the statutes and applicable law and has extensive experience litigating in this area of the law.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Hanna served as a Clerk to the Honorable Bradford H. Charles, Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, PA. He also served in the Lebanon County Office of the District Attorney and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
Mr. Hanna is a graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School and holds his B.A. in Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College.
