Bio
Nicole Wilczynski is a Principal in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on general civil and toxic tort defense and has over a decade of experience in insurance defense. Her clients include product manufacturers and suppliers, contractors, premises owners, and employers.
Before joining Post & Schell, Ms. Wilczynski was a Shareholder at a litigation firm where she defended corporate clients in mass tort litigation. While serving as an Associate at a litigation firm based in Michigan, she played a key role in settling a $1 million dram shop case in 2009.
Ms. Wilczynski earned her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She also graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Mercyhurst College.
