Bio
Nicholas Reifsnyder is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and counsels clients in complex commercial, construction, product, and general liability cases. His clients include companies in the construction, manufacturing, and retail industries, as well as insurers and third-party administrators.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Reifsnyder was an Associate at a law firm in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, where he handled complex first-party property insurance cases and appellate matters. Previously, he operated his own practice, specializing in criminal defense and dependency cases, and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, PA, gaining extensive trial and appellate experience.
Mr. Reifsnyder holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. in Classics from Harvard University, where he graduated cum laude. His early career includes roles in legal research, education, and international volunteer work in Ghana, where he helped establish libraries and promote public health education.
