Bio
Mary Casper is an Associate in the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department and Construction Defect/Injury Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in claims involving catastrophic and complex third-party workplace injuries occurring on multi-employer construction sites. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Casper served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Linda A. Hynes of the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division. In that role, she gained valuable experience in trial court procedures, legal writing, and case analysis, preparing orders and assisting litigants with procedural matters.
Ms. Casper earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and participated in the Expungement Law Clinic, assisting clients with petition filings and eligibility screenings. She also held clerkship positions at several law firms, gaining exposure to insurance law and intellectual property.
