Bio
Marc Primelo is an Associate in the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department and counsels clients in complex commercial, construction, product, and general liability cases. His clients include companies in the construction, manufacturing, and retail industries, as well as insurers and third-party administrators.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Primelo served as an Associate in the Incident Response Unit of a Pennsylvania law firm. He also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he managed a diverse caseload. In that role, he investigated claims, drafted and filed Commonwealth responses, conducted evidentiary hearings, and presented oral arguments before the Courts of Philadelphia.
Mr. Primelo’s earlier experience also includes service with the FBI’s Philadelphia Field Office as a Student Workforce Trainee Honors Intern, as well as internships with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.
Mr. Primelo earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he served as a Business Editor of the Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal and was active in the Student Bar Association. He received his B.A. from Dickinson College.
