Leah Bobula is an Associate in the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department, where she counsels and defends clients in matters including premises, commercial auto, and general liability. She represents insurers, self insured companies, and third party administrators.

Prior to joining the firm, Leah served as Assistant Counsel in the Real Property Division of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Office of Chief Counsel, where she defended the agency in administrative law proceedings and provided legal guidance on regulatory, permitting, utility, and real property matters critical to public infrastructure projects. 

Leah also has trial level and appellate exposure from her work as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Amber A. Kraft of the York County Court of Common Pleas. Additionally, she served as an Assistant Public Defender, managing cases from inception through resolution. Finally, she gained invaluable experience through internships with the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and various county courts and public defender offices throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Leah earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she also received an Environmental Law & Policy Certificate and multiple CALI awards which are only awarded to the student with the highest grade in a class. She earned a Master of Science in Forensic Science and the Law and a B.S. in Biology from Duquesne University.
