Edward A. Tobin is a Principal in the firm's Workers' Compensation Department, representing and defending employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

 Before joining Post & Schell, Mr. Tobin was the Director of Claims at McConkey Insurance & Benefits where he collaborated closely with clients, insurance carriers, and TPA’s to ensure the effective management of complex casualty claims.

He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office. In this capacity, he represented the Commonwealth in various legal proceedings, including misdemeanor jury trials, welfare fraud cases, and felony preliminary hearings.
