When It Comes to Commercial Leases, Pennsylvania Is Old School (And That's a Good Thing!)

In her post, Ms. McDermott explains that, "Pa. has very few statutory restrictions concerning what provisions a commercial lease may lawfully contain. It's an aspect of commercial leases in Pa. that is considered archaic in some respects when compared to similar laws in other states."
