Post & Schell Hosts Girls Inc. Career Exploration Day to Inspire Future Leaders in Law
Philadelphia, PA – July 24, 2026 – Post & Schell, P.C. proudly welcomed students affiliated with Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey to its Philadelphia office on July 22 for a Career Exploration Day designed to introduce young women to careers in the legal profession, leadership, and civic engagement.
Hosted by the Women of Post & Schell, the program provided 10th- through 12th-grade students with an immersive, hands-on experience that showcased the many career opportunities available within the legal field. Throughout the day, participants engaged directly with attorneys and legal professionals, learned about various practice areas, and developed advocacy and critical-thinking skills through a mock trial exercise.
The event included an interactive lunch with Post & Schell attorneys, professionals, and staff, and students concluded the day by participating in a mock trial conducted in an actual courtroom, providing a unique opportunity to experience the legal system firsthand.
“Programs like this help expand students’ understanding of the many paths available to them and demonstrate the important role lawyers play in serving clients, communities, and the justice system,” said Caroline Bar, Esq., who helped organize the event. “We were honored to partner with Girls Inc. and share insights into the legal profession with such an engaged and impressive group of young women.”
Girls Inc. is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold through direct service and advocacy. The Career Exploration Day aligned with the organization’s mission by exposing participants to professional role models and real-world career experiences.
