Patrick C. Lamb Joins Post & Schell as a Principal in the Firm's Casualty Litigation Group
PHILADELPHIA, PA – June 1, 2015 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Patrick C. Lamb has joined the Firm as Principal in its Casualty Litigation Department, resident in the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. He is joined by new Associate Drew L. Mallick, who will also practice in the Firm’s Casualty Litigation Department.
Mr. Lamb was most recently with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty and Kelly, P.C. for twenty-one years, including thirteen as a partner. His practice focuses on litigation with complex issues, and often catastrophic injuries and damages. These include matters and claims arising out of construction defects and injuries, products liability, and commercial transportation. His clients include pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, and construction contractors, and he has significant experience litigating high exposure claims arising out of the steel industry. Mr. Lamb also represents insurance companies in disputes over funding of high deductible policies and indemnity agreements.

Mr. Lamb's client experience includes serving as national counsel for a manufacturer of products used in steel mills. He also serves as corporate counsel to Philadelphia-based, privately held manufacturers and service providers.
He has tried cases in all of the counties in Eastern Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has argued appellate matters in the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. In addition to defending clients in complex litigation, Mr. Lamb has also been retained as an arbitrator in several matters and continues to work in that realm. He also regularly serves as a volunteer mediator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
A 1993 graduate of Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, Mr. Lamb also holds a B.A. degree from Dickinson College, where he graduated cum laude in 1990.
Mr. Mallick, formerly an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty and Kelly, P.C., focuses his practice on complex litigation involving catastrophic losses, including representing commercial transportation companies and their drivers in motor vehicle accident cases, and a variety of industries in premises liability, products liability, dram shop liability, and construction injury and defect cases. His experience includes time as a staff attorney with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia, PA. He is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, and holds a B.A. degree from Penn State University.
