Frances Deveney Joins Post & Schell as a Principal in the Firm's Professional Liability Department
Philadelphia, PA – February 5, 2021 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Frances Deveney has joined the firm as a Principal in its Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Group. Ms. Deveney is resident in the firm’s Mt. Laurel, NJ office.
Ms. Deveney, who joins Post & Schell from Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C., has over 20 years of experience defending health care, legal, and dental professionals in professional liability matters.

Ms. Deveney focuses her practice on the defense of health care providers, including physicians, nurses, hospitals, long term care and assisted living facilities, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dentists, attorneys, physical therapists, and chiropractors at trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Her practice includes all aspects of litigation including trial and appellate work. She has defended clients before the New Jersey Supreme Court and has several published cases. She also has successfully defended class action lawsuits at both the trial court and appellate level.
She holds her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and received her M.B.A. and B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University’s School of Business.
