On June 28, 2022 at 12:00 pm ET, Bryan A. Shay co-presented, "Bad Faith Update: Recent Trends and Issues," in a CLE sponsored by the Pennsylvania Defense Institute (PDI). Mr. Shay co-presented with Daniel J. Twilla, Member, Burns White, who is also Mr. Shay's PDI Bad Faith Committee Co-Chair.

The presenters examined recent case law and trends in insurance bad faith law. This included significant developments related to the insurance industry and defense counsel.
