Zachary M. Hogan is an Associate in the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department. He counsels clients in complex commercial, construction, product, and general liability cases.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Zach was an associate at a law firm in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, where he focused his practice on insurance defense litigation, representing carriers in a wide range of property damage and fraud-related matters. He has secured defense verdicts in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Center, including cases involving long-term property damage claims. He also co-authored a legal publication addressing developments in home improvement law.
Previously, Zach served as a law clerk, supporting complex divorce and estate litigation and gained experience in personal injury litigation, preparing comprehensive demand packages and assisting in mediation.
Zach earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. in Politics and International Affairs from Wake Forest University, where he also minored in Entrepreneurship.
