William M. Rossi is an Associate in the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department. His practice focuses on counseling and defending clients in construction defect, environmental exposure and contamination, workplace accidents, Dram Shop/liquor liability claims involving high exposure bodily injury, and property loss. Mr. Rossi's clients include companies in the insurance, construction, hospitality, and manufacturing industries, among others.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Rossi served as an Associate with a regional civil litigation firm in New Jersey, defending construction defect and accident claims, as well as litigation involving premises liability and workplace accidents. He is a graduate of Rutgers Law School where he served as an editor for the Rutgers Law Review, the premier law journal at Rutgers.
