Lindsay A. Casadei

Lindsay A. Casadei is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, where she advises businesses and nonprofit organizations on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Her practice includes business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial transactions, nonprofit formation and compliance, and general business counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Casadei developed a diverse practice spanning business law, estate planning and administration, real estate, municipal law, and land use matters. She counseled individuals and families in the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, and guided fiduciaries through the administration of estates and trusts. In addition, she advised clients on business transactions, entity formation and governance matters, and nonprofit organization compliance. Her experience also includes negotiating and drafting transactional documents, managing complex real estate transactions, and securing zoning approvals before municipal boards and governing bodies throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Previously, Ms. Casadei served as an In-House Counsel and Legal Compliance Intern for a global transportation and logistics company where she worked directly with executive leadership on strategic legal and business initiatives, regulatory compliance, risk management, and international business expansion efforts.

Ms. Casadei earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School and her B.S. in Business Management, magna cum laude, from West Chester University. She is actively involved in the Lancaster community, serving on the Boards of Directors of the Lancaster Bar Association, Leadership Lancaster, and the Lancaster County Food Hub, where she currently serves as Board Chair.
