Katherine E. Miller

Katherine ("Katie") E. Miller is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department, where she counsels and defends clients in matters involving general liability, premises liability, product liability, and toxic tort claims.

Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Miller gained experience at a regional law firm concentrating on civil litigation defense and later worked as an Associate at a boutique firm specializing in real estate litigation. While attending law school, she also served as a Judicial Law Clerk Intern to the Honorable Beth A. Lazzara of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Miller earned her J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, where she participated in Moot Court and was a member of the Justice Louis L. Manderino Honor Society. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Intelligence and National Security Studies from Coastal Carolina University, where she was a member of the Honors College.
