Jemma DeRogatis is an Associate in the firm's Insurance Law Department and Employment & Labor Practice Group and its related sub-groups, Employment and Collective Class Actions, Employment & Employee Relations, Labor, Trade Secret & Non-Compete Law, and Wage and Hour.
In her employment and labor practice, Ms. DeRogatis defends employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies, in matters involving all major employment statutes and counsels them on proactive compliance.
In her insurance law practice, Ms. DeRogatis counsels and defends regional and national insurance companies in complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters. This includes matters involving general liability, excess liability, and other insurance policy types.
A 2022 graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, Ms. DeRogatis also graduated magna cum laude with B.S. degree in Labor and Employee Relations from Penn State University.
