Christopher Russo

Christopher Russo is an Associate in the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department and Construction Defect/Injury Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in claims involving catastrophic and complex third-party workplace injuries occurring on multi-employer construction sites.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Russo practiced with a Philadelphia-based civil litigation firm, where he represented clients throughout all phases of litigation. Before entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joshua Sanders of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, in Essex County.

Mr. Russo earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in Labor Studies, Law and Workplace, from Rutgers University.
