Barbara Zemlock appointed Hearing Committee Member serving Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
Barbara Zemlock has been appointed a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. The Disciplinary Board, an independent agency under the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s jurisdiction, assists the Supreme Court in carrying out its exclusive jurisdiction over the licensing and discipline of attorneys in Pennsylvania. As a Hearing Committee Member, Ms. Zemlock will assist the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in performing its constitutional duty to regulate attorney conduct by being involved in hearings and drafting reports and recommendations. She will serve a three-year term.
