White Collar Principal Peter Hardy Moderates Criminal Tax Sentencing Panel at PACDL White Collar Practice Seminar on November 14
On November 14, 2013, Internal Investigations & White Collar Defense Principal Peter D. Hardy moderated a panel discussion at the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) White Collar Practice Seminar at the Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia, PA.
The panel discussion, titled, "Money & Time: Sentencing Trends in Criminal Tax Cases," took place on the first day of the two day seminar Thursday, November 14. The panel examined present and future trends in criminal tax sentencing, with a focus on issues involving downward variances and restitution. The panel included other noted criminal tax practitioners Nathan J. Hochman and Caroline D. Ciraolo.
