We are pleased and proud to welcome Mr. Kenneth Sable, Mr. James J. Kutz, Ms. Paula J. McDermott, and Ms. Barbara A. Zemlock to the partnership of Post & Schell, P.C., and Mr. Thomas L. Isenberg as an associate.
All formerly of the Harrisburg, PA Office of Duane Morris LLP, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Business Law and Litigation Deparment, and form the foundation for three new Practice Groups at Post & Schell: The Regulatory & Administrative Agency Law Practice Group; The Commercial Construction Law & Litigation Practice Group; and, The Land Use & Zoning Law Practice Group.
Mr. Sable concentrates his practice in the area of commercial construction law, litigation and surety. He is a former Chief Claims Attorney with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He will serve as Managing Partner of the Harrisburg Office.
Mr. Kutz is a former Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a former Chief Counsel to the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. Mr. Kutz has a wealth of experience in administrative, trial and appellate law.
Ms. McDermott is a respected health care business lawyer and a litigator who works through complex issues for clients and their relationships with a variety of Pennsylvania regulatory agencies, boards, and commissions such as, for example, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Health, and the Department of Public Welfare.
Ms. Zemlock previously served as Chief Deputy Public Defender in the Dauphin County Public Defenders Office, and concentrates her practice on white collar defense and compliance, regulatory and administrative law, sophisticated commercial litigation and appellate law, and land use and zoning law.
Mr. Isenberg practices in the area of civil commercial litigation, including bad faith and insurance coverage litigation, copyright and trademark infringement litigation, RICO litigation, commercial construction litigation, and land use and zoning litigation.
The addition of these five outstanding regulatory, trial and appellate lawyers strengthens and adds considerable depth to Post & Schell’s strong and diverse Harrisburg practice.
